Well if you are still reading this string, you must be interested in
how a trade in good faith can go bad. Below is the email exchange
between Johnny and I, chronology from bottom to top.

The two email clients that Johnny is talking about are my login here:
Mojo and my email address from home. Johnny answered my emails until
25Sep, then did not. Johnny mailed his pump on 16Sep, the day after he
got mine. I sent him a weekly email on 1Oct and again on 8Oct keeping
him informed of my no-pump arrival situation. Perhaps these emails did
not reach him. But all my other emails to friends and family seem to
have arrived OK.

I understand Johnny is upset that I accused him of being a Scammer. I
apologize. But I did go from 25Sep until 8Oct without a response from
him. For me it wasn't about the pump, it was more about the trust.

I have learned to not do a purchase or trade with any one in chat
groups without giving and getting a tracking number. That way actions
are more transparent.

By the way, no pump has arrived here as of Saturday mail delivery.

I wish Johnny and all of you Happy Riding.

OK Johnny,

Its been another week without your pump showing up here and now you
are not talking to me. So what's up?

I would hate to have to out you on the Riv list as a scammer.
Wishing you Instant Karma

Johnny,

It has been another week, and over two weeks since you sent your pump,
and 3 weeks since I sent mine. Still your pump has not arrived here.
Do you have any tracking information on your package? What should we
do now?

Joe

Well....it is odd. The Medium I guess is the right size but it does
not fit in tight. It goes the length of the top tube and matches
the
length but is not tight so that even with a strap it will flop put
of
place if you hit it. The large won't fit at all. It is a cm or so
too big. I guess the answer is a medium with two straps to hold it
better.

If you have a medium pump I could send this one back or I can just
keep it and see if anyone will trade me a medium for it. I could
also
figure out a price for the Quicker Pump and you could Paypal me. I
would of course not expect any payment until it arrived at your house.

Johnny
