Things do get lost. I once had a seller transpose 2 numbers of my zip code on an item sent to me. It took about a month and a half but it finally arrived. Your pump may still arrive.
Another time I had my brother mail some jewelry that I sold on ebay. He happened to put the priority stick right on top of the address. That one never made it. I was out of luck and returned the money.
