Sorry to hear Tony. Accidents out riding are never fun. Had a fellow rider 
take a spill on a dirt trail last weekend and ended up with 30+ stitches 
between two arms after getting torn up by some rocks on his way down. Good 
thing we both had med kits. Lots of gauze and tape were used, as well as a 
small rei camp towel (which turned out to be super useful given the 
severity of the cuts). I was thinking about this last night as I ordered 
another med kit, decided on: gauze, tape, basic bandaids, antibiotic cream, 
and some ibuprofen, should be plenty until I can get to some hospital or 
fire station or something.
