I bought a B&M Cyo Premium last year from Peter white, he sold me a fork crown mount for canti and a different one for side pull... I've used both so far (and a rack mount solution). Fork crown is the way to go I'd you don't need/want a front rack... Great position for the light (Peter said they are designed for the fork crown), well protected both physically and from water if you mount fenders.
I believe there are some handlebar mounts to but I like to keep as much stuff off those as possible.
