If you have no fork braze-ons, Peter White sells a clamp-on knob <http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/light-mounts.asp> to add a mount position anywhere. He also has a large assortment of crown brackets.
If you have fork braze-ons, you can screw in a Paul Gino <http://www.paulcomp.com/ginolightmount.html> mount. Or use this cheap little bracket <http://store.velo-orange.com/index.php/accessories/lighting/vo-rack-to-light-bracket.html> from Velo Orange. Others have made their own bracket with a piece of a chainring <https://www.flickr.com/photos/rperks1/8718438496/>. Just remember, mount the light right side up, and keep it out of the spray from your wheel if possible.
