The Berthoud quill decaleurs only come in two lengths 91 and 121 mm which, even with the hinging capability do not fit on all bikes. Berthoud makes some shorter extensions but those come with the solid clamp for two-bolt threadless stems. All the US distributers only sell the 4 different models, no mixing and matching unless you buy one of each if you want to fine tune the length. I had a frame/rack builder make a custom extension to fit my bike, using the rest of the Berthoud parts. The other custom bag maker to contact is Ely at Ruthworks, also a NorCal based person. Both do beautiful work.
