Eric, I live in Lodi in Central California. Its a wine grape growing region and we have a lot of 2 lane country roads. Also 15 miles east we have a lot of hills. In both areas there are a lot of poorly maintained road surfaces. I have been riding the Grand Bois Cerfs 700x28 for years. They're expensive but last twice as long as the old 23 and 25 highend tires I have used in the past. I run 60lbs and 70lbs front and rear on A23 rims. I am trying the new Compass 700x32 normal weight currently and really like them. I have been running 50lbs,60lbs front rear. I have never had a pinch flat on any of these tires. I weight about 175.
