True, Garth, as far as it goes. But there is a clear choice: Burn primarily carbs, or burn primarily fat. The body has enough carbs in system for 1-2 hours before crashing, enough fat for days (I've done three days) before crashing (though after a day the intensity drops as the body has to replenish carbs via the liver). A lot of people don't realize they don't have to eat constantly while physically active, while still being able to perform equally well if not better.
