Re: your second point - I'm guessing you mean you have a 89 cm  PBH?  That 
would put you in the 59 cm frame range.    That's a pretty safe guess for 
the frame size on that model.

tube looks a little long for a 59.  Also, the saddle would be a take-off 
for me (and it doesn't look expensive).  And it may be the resolution of 
the photo, but I cannot really see a rear or front derailleur on that, so 
it looks like you are just getting the frame. 

The A/R is close to an Atlantis, in terms of geometry, if that helps in
