Bill beat me to it: Larry, can you confirm the PBH of 59? 89 would be more appropriate for a 59cm frame.
The bike looks to be a Waterford built All-Rounder. Great bikes, but they don't command the price that Stark/Nobilette/Goodrich-made, Bell-painted custom frames do. Someone correct me if I'm off, but I would guess $1200 if it has Asian components, $1500-$1800 if shiny bits with the name White, Chris, Phil or Paul on it. Some shops do indeed have a reputation for charging a premium price and not budging on it. That of course is their prerogative. Cheers, David "it isn't a contest.
