@ToddBS -- Actually, my implication was that the average bike shop does not have interest in stocking / displaying a versatile steel bike, although they might get a Soma or Surly at your request. That said, I think there is room for a Sam in your future. I think you should probably own all three bikes ... in various colors and ascending wheel sizes.
