I've oft wondered the same thing, though I'd go without a shirt and might just keep my MUSA shorts on. Except that here when it rains the temp troops to 45-50˚F, so Brrrrrrr! So I always keep my ventile in my saddlebag. It makes a good insulating/wind layer too if things are dry. I've yet to get a rain in the 70's or higher to try it. Let us know how it goes!
