It's not that I don't like the bike. It's not that I don't use the bike. I
ride it nearly every day. In fact, in a way, it might be my "favorite" bike.
But while I'm riding it, my poor Atlantis collects dust in the garage. I've
been thinking of building up a "go fast" bike because I've been doing some
riding with some folks who like to pretend to go fast. Also, I've done a
couple of "sprint" triathlons, and I might do more, and a "fast" type bike
would be nice for that. In a way, there's quite a bit of overlap between the
Atlantis and the Quickbeam in that they're both fendered, chubby tireable,
lugged steel, set-up to carry stuff, etc... So I'm thinking of selling the
QB, setting up the Atlantis as my primary commuter/errand bike and using the
cash from the sale of the QB to fund the purchase of a "go fast". I suppose
I could set-up the 'lantis as a "go fast" but to me it seems like I'd be
selling it short of its potential and it's probably not the ideal bike for
that.

Anyway, I'm posting to see:

1. What you all think I might be able to get for a complete 68cm QB
(essentially stock except I moved the noodles to the 'lantis and put
moustaches on the QB). Orange. Excellent condition.
2. If there's anyone on the list that might be interested in purchasing a
68cm QB if I decide to go this route.
3. To see if any of you think I'm crazy for considering doing this.

Part of me thinks that someday I might regret selling the QB, especially
since RBW may not do QB's anymore. Let alone 68cm QB's. But I can do
everything I do with the QB on the Atlantis and I just don't ride the
Atlantis all that much. And the Atlantis is a great bike too! It deserves
to be ridden more. Any of ya'll have any thought on this?
