I'm going to machine my own double-bell spacer ring mount, to satisfy my hunkered hankering for a two-tone song I can plink out on a pair of Crane bells. It will either be in the shape of an ellipse (a four-arc approximation is all I can manage on my mill), or mostly circular, with minimally-extending fobs for the threaded bell shafts. There are various ways of changing the tone of a brass bell, it will be fun to experiment. If it works out, I'll post up a picture.
