I just finished installing one on my Bomba about 5 minutes ago. Yes, the OD of the bell mount 'collar' is larger than the OD of the other spacers so it does stick out a bit.
If it bothers you, and you really want a the bell there, maybe it's the excuse you need to get a custom spacer made? Not that I want to be an enabler or anything...
