My flailing wild guess is the hump was determined to already exist in the 
padding of those yellowish gloves you sell. I use these gloves with the 
new/slim grips, and it still creates a slightly-too-big package for my itty 
bitty hands (not a design flaw, I just have itty bitty hands).
