About 2 years ago we shortened the grips to allow the schooching back of the brake levers to give more hand room in front of the brake levers on Alba (then) and now Bosco bars. They're still handish size, and if you've got monster hands or just want them longer, plug in an extra 3/4-inch (or more) with bar-tape. It'll uniquify your grips, and I can't say I've done it, but it can't not work.
We also have a handful of ring-stubs that can make up the diff, with plans to get more of these...as long as they aren't nearly as expensive as first quoted. But for now, bar tape...or wool felt. Something like that. Whenever we do something you like, be sure to buy a lifetime supply, because you KNOW we'll change it. In this case, the change is for the better (I think, but I would, since I called for it...). Not sure what happened with the hump, but I vaguely remember fiercely mandating a slimming down of it, while yelling and wielding sword.
