I just had a few minutes to check out how well the new HAR fit my 2012 Hunq
with forks from Wisco (also 2012). At least I think I have the Wisco forks.

THEY FIT FINE!

They are also almost dead simple to put on. I say almost because for some
reason mine were in the wrong plastic bags. That is, the HAR with paper in
the bag saying LEFT belonged on the right side and vice versa. I also had
to swap bolts as the supplied lower bolts would not fit into my lower
eyelets. Not to worry, I had plenty of spares.

I'm waiting on Olive Hub Area bags, or at least I hope there'll be some
olive ones in the future so I can do more bag matching but I'm not out in
the cold (well, it's in the high 80's here today). I have a set of Ortlieb
panniers that fit just fine. I bought a full set for my Oregon Coast tour
in 2012 and was grateful I did because of all the rain (beautiful the week
before and after though).

Here are some shots of the installation and the panniers on my Hunq.

After the fitting scare I was a little worried but everything is great.
With a basket, all four panniers (I have Bike Packer Pluses for the rear)
and my large Saddlesack I can carry way too much stuff. I'm not saying I
will, but I could.

Aloha,

Bob
