I did get an email back from the seller via ebay.
"here are the measurements for the bicycles.. Atlantis- TT 21", CC 19 1/2", CT 20" Rivendell- TT 21 1/2", CC 20 1/2", CT 21” both were purchased by me from Rivendell new- all the work was done by a local shop in Santa Fe, NM" So now I dunno, just someone who really doesn't want to sell and is putting in minimal effort and therefore the high prices?
