Opinel knives are the best! I bought 2 while in france 26 fears ago. I lost one after 10 years, and have been carrying the other one for the past 16. Great quality high carbon steel that holds an edge, lightweight and a locking blade. Great for cutting fruit, scraping paint and picking your fingernails. I have often thought of sending one to Grant as a present, if I did I am sure he would sell them.
