I have called them about these types of measurements two times - once for
a San Marcos (saddle nose to bar tops), and once for a Sam (same). Wanted
to be sure I would be in the ball park for my fit before buying. They
measured the bikes and emailed me the results.

I didn't ask for pictures, but Jared was nice enough to send me an email
with pics of a Sam set up with the measurements I needed, I guess to show
the aesthetics of the setup. That indicates to me joy in helping a
customer, to think "Cool, let's show him some pics, too.", or whatever
crossed his mind to be nice enough to shoot me some pics!

I originally sent an email to Grant because I was worried the TT would be
too long on a Sam, and he seemed genuinely interested in telling me about
the geometry, even emailing me a blueprint of the Sam frame so I could see
the actual measurement of the TT.

I have also sent emails with mechanics questions to Mark after I bought the
Sam, and he has always been so helpful.
