I assume you are asking about access, not techniques for searching for hard to find things. If that is correct, I'm sure there are several ways. Many shops have a copy on the counter without any prices in it. That way you can browse for whatever for hours, and then say "quote me a price for this" When I'm sitting here on my butt and want to look through QBP I go to Harris Cyclery's Website <http://harriscyclery.net/> and click on the "special order catalog" link in the upper left. That's the QBP catalog, served up just for you. You can lose yourself for days in there.
