I sent mine back about the same time and have heard nothing. In the meantime I bought a KK 40oz container to replace the 1L returned. Downside is that it's made in China. I don't know what I'll do with the replacement SIGGs when the arrive (still presuming they will). I'm sure I drink/eat more BPA during the day than anything I would pick up from the SIGG bottles. In fact I'm about to set off for a ride w/ my cancer-ridden plastic H20 bottles right now... :-)
