I don't want to elaborate too much here, since this already stretches the thread dangerously, but as a single father with far less money than my daughter's mother, who is the principal custodian parent, I can't agree that we are more oppressed than others in our country. Stop and frisk?
Back to "ghetto xxxx" used to mean "jury rigged": Jim's second post explaining his reasons made me think again; I see some merit to his dislike of the term. I still think the concern is rather too minor to get worked up about but it isn't wholly gratuitous.
