The only thing different between the MAP S&P and the previous Randonneur Project is that the S&P can be TIG welded, whereas the previous editions were lugged & fillet brazed or bilaminate head tube and fillet brazed. Other than that, the 42mm 650B tires aren't new and god knows, the geometry isn't new.
