I don't recognize the brake hoods. Which are those?

You need a rugged touriung bike just to haul all the steel security!  Great 
looking ride, and hopefully the street sign won't "cred" the paint job when 
someone tries to "palp" the bike..

Subject: [RBW] Blériot spotting in NYC


It's the first time I've seen this -- a Riv locked to a post in NYC
(at the corner of Washington and Gansevoort, Meatpacking district,
right under the southern terminus of the new High Line park). Not
mine, but a beautiful (commuting?) machine. For those who don't see
this every day, check out the locks used to secure it. :-)
