When I was looking to add a bike bell on my moustache-bar P-15
Paramount, I went looking on eBay for something a bit different. I
ended up with a vintage bicycle bell, chrome with red paint that
nicely complements the head lugs and pinstriping on the Paramount.

I rather liked finding a bell, from a now defunct Italian bike
manufacturer, that looked good on the bike. The bell has a racheted
thumb lever that when depressed results in a satisfying (and
attention gathering) brrring, brrring sound! It virtually never rings
unless I depress the thumb lever (occasionally, if I run over a very
substantial bump it will ring).
