Slightly OT, but amusing.

Yet another eBay seller has included Rivendell in a description of a
bicycle not made by Riv in an effort to drive more hits to the
listing.
This time the bike is a very nice (but VERY TALL) Bruce Gordon
custom. Although he now has licensed his name to a line of Taiwan
made bikes, in the past the talented Mr. Gordon has complained about
the attention Riv gets for a company that does not actually make
bikes.

While I do not wholly buy BG's complaints about Riv, I certainly do
emphasize with him here (assuming he is even aware of the eBay
listing). It really is too bad that some one feels they have to
engender a link between Riv and Bruce Gordon to drive interest in the
bike. I have complained to eBay about people doing this in the past,
but to no avail.
