I just don't think it's that hard. (start creaky voice) There was a time when all bearing surfaces required the skill of setting bearing load with the first wrench, then locking it with the second nut. You developed the technique of opposing wrench force with BB's, hubs, headsets and pedals. These days with cartridge bearings, it's pretty much a slap it in and go installation. I actually really like the act of setting up cup & cone bearings. There's something very satisfying with getting that tension just right and locking it down. - J -- Jim Edgar cyclofi...@earthlink.net "One Cog - Zero Excuses" L/S T-shirt - Now available http://www.cyclofiend.com/stuff Cyclofiend Bicycle Photo Galleries - http://www.cyclofiend.com Current Classics - Cross Bikes Singlespeed - Working Bikes Send In Your Photos! - Here's how: http://www.cyclofiend.com/guidelines --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
