I've got a mini on-guard cable that loops through the seat and baggins bag, and am using the Zefal skewers. With that, mini u-lock.
In areas where I'm going to be seconds away from the bike, I've used a beretta trigger-lock that I picked up somewhere or another. It's light enough to go in my bag all the time, but is only a deterrent for the opportunist, not a real bicycle thief.
