I had a James hat and it was very good (can't see wearing it in summer, though), but even tho' it was the XL, it was too small for my head -- gave me headaches, seriously. I regretfully sold it. There's an online hatmaker whose name I can't remember, but I've bought 3 or 4 cotton ones from them and *those* fit. This seller also makes wool models. Walz, that's it. "Wald" at first came to mind, but I knew it wasn't that, but close.
