No, no fixed!

The 49cm, with its slack 71 degree seat angle and 52.5cm seat tube is the
closest to ideal fit for a long femured short torsoed cyclist.

However, she's still stretching to get to the hoods. Albatross bars are
worth a try. We typically don't ride much more than an hour at a stretch.
Maybe two, tops.

I'm going the same way - Bleriots gotta match! But I'm trying to maintain
the stretch I've got.
