Don't you just hate it when your bike ghost shifts. I have silver dt shifters on my rambouillet and it never ghost shifts and never needs adjustment. I have silver bar ends on my Ebisu All Purpose and if I don't retighten the D ring once a day it is sure to ghost shift on the first hill. I have been over the shifters and whole system with a magnifying glass and have yet to find the cause.
