The second of my (fortunately -- one remaining) three expensive, fillet brazed stainless steel Nitto fancy "hourglass" waterbottle cage ( http://www.rivbike.com/products/list/waterbottles_and_cages#product=20-030 ) broke today. Not acceptable for a $50 cage! Granted, it's almost 10 years old, and granted that I was carrying a 28 oz stainless steel thermos Eleven Gear bottle, but still.
Is there a Nitto warranty email address or phone number? I want satisfaction! Cross posting in case someone on RBW knows what no one on iBob does. Thanks.
