Many of us have found that friction shifting hyperglide leads to ghost
shifting that has nothing whatever to do with frame flex.  In fact, of
all the ghost shifting I've seen NONE of it has been due to frame flex;
and I'm heavier than most here, and one my my frames is among the more
flexible frames.
