Hi there,

There's been quite a lot of discussion about this on this group (just
search the archives), and the short answer is yes, sort of, maybe with
fenders if you have patience and are good at fiddling with things, and
don't mind just a small amount of clearance.  Without fenders, no
problem at all.

All the 650B RBW frames take them without fenders. People have squz
(yes, I made up a word. It's cromulent.) them under fenders on
Bleriots and Salukis and 650B Hilsens (which are Salukis in disguise)
and Wilburii.
