I've called several major wholesalers, and they don't have any either. There are some other brands of threaded headsets still available (Ritchey, Tange, Chris King, and a couple others), but they tend to be either super cheap or super expensive. The Shimano models had a lot of quality for a reasonable price, and it's sad to see them go away, as it seems they have.
