This has popped up a few times over on the 650B list and iBob.  Going from
memory this AM, general consensus was that the canti issue was problematic,
and you tended to end up with a little less clearance from the taller
wheelset.

Specific to your question, not any canti, probably few V-brakes. BMX-style
brakes have enough adjustment.  I know Gino is using Paul Motolites on his
650B/700C back-n-forth bike.
