To all,

Well, this is my impression of the Rivendell All rounder 650b version.

During that time I did not own a road bike, so a bigger wheels sure
feel faster. Is it actually faster? My answer is no. It does feel
faster.

I have a road bike now and sold the Rivendell, at this point, if I own
that bike again, I will keep it as 26 and use it as what it is, not as
a road bike.

However, if you can borrow a set of wheels and have the brakes for it,
give it a try. Experimenting is always good because you get to make
up you own mind. I can tell you all the pros and cons about it but
not until you try it, you will never know in person.
