You could sand and polish the logos off, but depending on how heavy
the anodizing is you may have to remove a fair bit of metal. You'd
probably need to start with a fine wet-dry sanding paper, then move
through a couple of grades of polish.

The usual method is with caustic - lye, or Easy-Off oven cleaner (the
full-strength stuff, not the milder reformulated cleaner), then an
acid wash to neutralize, then a thorough rinse. It should be obvious,
but wear gloves, goggles, face sheild, etc. to protect your skin when
usiung caustic!

Google turned up references to using a cleaner called Greased
Lightening - see http://www.rcnitrotalk.com/de-anodizing-and-polishing-aluminum/
for a method.

You may find that after removing the anodizing, the parts will have an
uneven matte finish - you'll need to polish them to make them look
good again. Be prepared for some tedious detail work on a derailleur!

A little searching will turn up chemical kits to do the stripping a
little more controllably than with lye, but the minimum quantitied may
be too large to be economical. Take a look at http://www.caswellplating.com/
- lots of fun with home chemistry there!
