I've had these on my 650B Ebisu since last January, and like 'em a lot. I found the adjustment to be easy and stable. Stopping power is good--more than adequate--but not as good as the low profile Shimanos (can't recall the model) on my old Stumpjumper. From reading Sheldon on the subject, I think lowering the straddle might improve things, but then fender clearance becomes an issue in my setup. I did immediately upgrade to Kool Stop salmon pads. All in all, I like the performance, and love the look.
