Life's good when your spare for your Riv is a Riv... ;^) Sorry to hear about your break. I had a very similar break on a dropout which Ed Litton was able to rebraze. He just resprayed the dropouts (which were largely missing paint from years of clamping QR's.) Might be more problematic on yours given the more complete separation and position. But, you're in good hands, it sounds.
