Sorry I mean they're included in the count but excluded from the list because
they're not very interesting. In this case
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/175642557 is the missing one.
See #450 for one related previous discussion though I'm sure there have been
other's specifically about this that I haven't managed to find.
