I assume the comments about IP rate limiting were just general concerns about
having APIs available to the public. The Nominatim instance and the other
public Overpass instance have been going through a bit of that lately. In any
event, does it seem reasonable to separate the issue of moving query result
rendering server-side from the issue of maintaining search prefixes elsewhere?
