iandees left a comment (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6448)
The change to `BrowseTagsHelper` to remove wikidata link previews made that
module too long for rubocop, so I moved a bunch of that code out into a
separate module. I'm happy to undo that change if we can adjust the rubocop
"module too long" failure.
