Can we do num_created_nodes, num_modified_nodes, num_deleted_nodes,
num_created_ways etc? We use total numbers by element type already for element
pagination on changeset pages and we have to do `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM "nodes"
WHERE "nodes"."changeset_id" = ?`.
