It failed to be actionable, because developers have rejected PRs and
suggestions from contributors. Now they've completely ignored our proposed
solution for a dark map and went with something else that's difficult to read.
We've been talking about the map issue for 4 years. Now you're closing the
issue and we're supposed to start over? The solution is literally just a few
lines of CSS that's already been tested by me and others.
