To specify simultaneous use checking in a Realm or Handler, you would use the
DefaultSimultaneousUse parameter in the corresponding AuthBy clause.

To specify simultaneous use for a particular user, it must be a check item:

someuser  Simultaneous-Use = 1, Password = xxxxx
        .......

If you need any further help,  I will need to see a copy of your configuration
file, a trace 4 debug and a sample user from your users file.
