I will need to see a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) and a copy of
a typical user defintion, together with a trace 4 debug showing what is
happening. My suspicion is that you have Service-Type = Framed-User as a check
item rather than a reply item, or that your dictionary does not have a
definition for Framed-User.
