Radiator already has support for mixed NAS environments. You simply specify
NasType with each of your Client definitions:

<Client xxxxxxx>
        NasType Cisco
        Secret ....
        .....
</Client>

<Client yyyyyyy>
        NasType Ascend  # or NasType AscendSNMP
        Secret ....
        .....
</Client>

Have a look at section 6.4.5 in the Radiator 2.15 reference manual.
